After both having extra time off, the Walker-Hackensack-Akeley Wolves and the Sebeka Trojans will shake off the cobwebs and  challenge  one another  at 7:30  p.m.  on Friday. Both  are strolling into their  games after big wins in their previous games.
Last Friday, Walker-Hackensack-Akeley blew past Chisholm, posting  an  87-48 win. The Wolves have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won five  matches by 33  points or more this season.
Meanwhile, Sebeka made easy work of Ogilvie  last Saturday and carried off  a  70-50 victory. The Trojans' offense checked out after the first half but had enough  points banked to take the game anyway.
Walker-Hackensack-Akeley better focus on containing  Max Lake and  Parker Kiser as the pair were huge in Sebeka's win. Lake  went 8 for 19  on his way to 24  points in addition to five  rebounds and five  steals, while  Kiser  dropped  a double-double on 15 points and 11  boards. That makes it seven consecutive games in which  Lake has scored at least a third of Sebeka's points. The team also got some help courtesy of  Kenyatta Bell, who  posted seven points and seven  steals.
 Sebeka  smashed the offensive glass and  finished the game with 19  offensive rebounds. That's the most  offensive boards they've posted since back in December of 2023.
 The  win made it two in a row for Walker-Hackensack-Akeley and  bumps their season record up to 5-1. As for Sebeka, they picked up their first home  victory, bumping their record up to 3-4.
 Walker-Hackensack-Akeley strolled past Sebeka when the teams last played  back in March by a score of  71-55. The rematch might be a little tougher for Walker-Hackensack-Akeley since the  squad won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
