Patrick Henry has enjoyed a three-game homestand but will soon have to dust off their road jerseys. They and the Rural Retreat Indians will face off at 7:30 p.m. on February 2nd without much rest after finishing up games yesterday. Hopefully Patrick Henry focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up 25 on Tuesday.
Last Tuesday, Patrick Henry had to suffer through a rough 60-29 loss at the hands of the Tigers. The result shouldn't come as a shock considering that's the fewest points Patrick Henry has scored all season.
The loss doesn't tell the whole story though, as several players had good games. One of the most active was Quinton Deskins, who scored seven points.
Meanwhile, Rural Retreat lost to the Warriors on the road by a decisive 61-44 margin on Tuesday.
Patrick Henry's defeat dropped their record down to 15-5. As for Rural Retreat, their loss ended a four-game streak of away wins and brought them to 10-10.
Patrick Henry lost to the Indians on the road by a decisive 66-51 margin when the teams last played on Monday. Can Patrick Henry avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
