Billings Central Catholic was expected to win (it is ranked 8th in the state, 24 places ahead of Dawson), but it was still a bitter blow.
Meanwhile, Sidney had all the answers against Hardin last week, winning 34 - 7. No one had a larger role in the success than senior quarterback Alec Lovegren, who brought his A game into the contest. He picked up 124 yards on the ground. Lovegren has been the ringleader for Sidney this season two times now.
