It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact the Ava Bears can now relate to. They took a serious blow against Seneca on Friday, falling 56-8. Ava's defeat signaled the end of their 11-game winning streak.
Ava's loss dropped their record down to 11-1. As for Seneca, the victory for they keeps them at an undefeated 12-0.
Ava does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Seneca is on the road again on Friday and play against St. Pius X. St. Pius X is also coming in off of a big victory, so somebody is in for a big reversal of fortune.
