Having just played yesterday, the Moon Valley Rockets will get right back to it and host the Paradise Honors Panthers at 7:00 p.m. on January 19th. Both teams come into the game bolstered by wins in their previous matches.
Moon Valley posted their biggest victory since December 15, 2023 on Thursday. Everything went their way against Shadow Mountain as Moon Valley made off with a 60-40 victory.
Meanwhile, even if it wasn't a dominant performance, Paradise Honors beat Thunderbird 45-39 last Thursday.
Paradise Honors found their leader in underclassman Tj Harris, who scored 16 points along with three steals. Harris hasn't dropped below 15points for 17 straight games. David Leszczynski was another key contributor, scoring ten points.
Moon Valley pushed their record up to 9-9 with that victory, which was their third straight at home. As for Paradise Honors, they are on a roll lately: they've won five of their last six contests, which provided a massive bump to their 12-8 record this season.
Moon Valley strolled past Paradise Honors when the teams last played back in February of 2023 by a score of 61-46. Does Moon Valley have another victory up their sleeve, or will Paradise Honors turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
