On Friday, Greenfield is packing up and heading on the road for the first time this season. They face off against Hollow Rock-Bruceton Central at 7:00 PM. It might come down to the wire as the game is expected to be close.
Greenfield took care of business in their home opener. They steamrollered Fulton City 42-0.
Meanwhile, Hollow Rock-Bruceton Central had to kick off their season with an away game, and unfortunately wound up with a long bus ride home. They had victory within their grasp but couldn't quite capture it last Friday as the team lost 16-17 to West Carroll.
Greenfield's lifted them to 1-0 while Hollow Rock-Bruceton Central's loss dropped them down to 0-1. We'll find out if Greenfield can add another positive mark to their record or if Hollow Rock-Bruceton Central can shake off the loss and take the spring out of Greenfield's step.
