Sharon Springs Central found their leader in underclassman Zarie Fassett, who scored 22 points along with four steals. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Fassett has scored all season. Lilly Tessier was another key contributor, scoring 11 points along with five steals.
Sharon Springs Central's victory ended a four-game drought on the road and puts them at 4-10. As for Gilbertsville-Mt. Upton, they now have a losing record at 1-2.
