The Ballston Spa Scotties are taking a road trip to  take on the Cornwall Central Dragons  at 7:00  p.m.  on Friday.
Things were looking good for Ballston Spa after they put the first  points on the board on Friday, but unfortunately for them things went downhill from there. They fell  20-14 to Queensbury. The Scotties were up  14-0 in the second  quarter but couldn't hold on to the lead.
Meanwhile,  after only three  points in their last  matchup, Cornwall Central made sure to put some  points up on the board against Our Lady of Lourdes  on Friday. The Dragons took their  game  with ease, bagging  a  62-20 victory over the Warriors. The  contest marked the Dragons' most dominant  win of the  season so far.
Ballston Spa better keep an eye on  Jordan Bishop. He was instrumental in Cornwall Central's win, rushing for 191 yards and five  touchdowns on only 15 carries. Those  five  rushing touchdowns gave  Bishop a new career-high. Another player making a difference was  Danny Twomey, who rushed for 25 yards and a pair of  TDs.
 Cornwall Central was unstoppable on the ground and  finished the game with 289  rushing yards. That's the most  rushing yards they've managed all season.
 Cornwall Central's defense made their presence known, laying out the QB  three times.  Gabe Colsant was especially locked on to Our Lady of Lourdes' QB and sacked him twice.
 Cornwall Central pushed their record up to 3-1 with the  victory, which was their fifth straight  on the road dating back to last season. Those  road  wins came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 10.2 points on average over those games. As for Ballston Spa, their defeat dropped their record down to 2-2.
