Harrison Short put up the most strikeouts he's had since back in February on Friday. He struck out six batters over 2.2 innings while giving up no earned runs or hits (and not a single walk). Considering he played a big game the last time he faced off against Beulah on Thursday, the result shouldn't come as too huge a shock. Short has been consistent : he hasn't given up more than one walk in five consecutive appearances.
