Volleyball Recap: Make It Three in a Row for Princeton + How To Watch

Princeton entered their tilt with Southern Wayne on Wednesday with two consecutive wins, and they'll enter their next game with three. They put the hurt on the Saints with a sharp 3-0 win. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 3-0 last Thursday.

Princeton was especially dominant in the first set. The final score came out to 25-8, 25-17, 25-16.

Princeton's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Addison Taylor, who had 32 assists and one block. Taylor is on a roll when it comes to assists, as she's now posted 20 or more in each of the last 14 games she's played dating back to last season. Another player making a difference was Kensley Evans, who had six kills, four blocks, and three digs.

Princeton was lethal from the service line and finished the game with 15 aces. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now served at least 14 aces every time they've taken the court this season.

Princeton's victory bumped their record up to 3-0. As for Southern Wayne, they are on a six-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-3.

Princeton didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 3-1 defeat against Midway on the 21st. As for Southern Wayne, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next game, a 3-0 loss against Smithfield-Selma on the 21st.
