Blake Gregory's Big Game Leads Cabrillo over Morro Bay
Starting off the list is Cabrillo's Blake Gregory, who we judged to be the best player in the league this week. Gregory rushed for 140 yards and two touchdowns on only 12 carries, and also threw for 129 yards and two touchdowns while completing 75% of his passes. Those 140 rushing yards gave him a new career-high.

For the year, Myers has caught 7 touchdowns while averaging 96 receiving yards per game.

Big Game from Dougherty As Morro Bay Fell 41-39
Keeping Myers company is Sands Dougherty, a fellow Morro Bay player. He threw for 401 yards and three touchdowns while picking up 11.8 yards per attempt, and also rushed for 70 yards and a touchdown. His passing production has been exceptional recently as that marked his third straight game with at least 336 passing yards dating back to last season.

This year, Brisco has averaged 22.7 receiving yards per game. That doesn't tell the whole story though: at this point last year, he had one rushing touchdown. This year he is already up to six.

Jude Anderson put up the most rushing yards he's had since back in October of 2023 on Friday. He picked up 117 receiving yards and a touchdown. He was no stranger to the big play, connecting on a big catch that went for 59 yards.
This season, Anderson has caught 7 touchdowns while averaging 87.7 receiving yards per game. He's made a big improvement compared to last season: at this point last year, he had four receiving touchdowns.
