Shady Spring won the last time they faced South Charleston and things went their way on Saturday too. The Tigers walked away with a 2-0 victory over the Black Eagles. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Tigers.

Alivia Stover paced Shady Spring's offense, picking up nine kills. Stover got some help from Reagan Mann and her 13 assists. Baylee Richmond controlled things from the service line, finishing with four aces.

Despite the loss, South Charleston still got an impressive performance from Brianna Anderson, who had seven digs and five kills.

Shady Spring's win bumped their record up to 23-7-1. As for South Charleston, their defeat dropped their record down to 13-13.

Shady Spring didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 2-0 victory against George Washington on the 20th. As for South Charleston, they will be playing at home against Capital at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday.
