Pace is ranked highly in their home state and on Tuesday they took on another highly ranked team in the form of South Warren. The Patriots blew past the Spartans 11-1. Considering the Patriots have won ten matches by more than five runs this season, Tuesday's blowout was nothing new.

The victory was the third in a row for Pace, bringing their record up to 16-4. Those wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 2.0 runs on average over those games. As for South Warren, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 9-2.
