The More Knights have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won five games by 29 points or more this season. They simply couldn't be stopped on Wednesday as they easily beat Mid-Peninsula 75-33 on the road. The game was pretty much decided by the half, when the score had already reached 38-13.
It was another big night for Tim Selway, who scored 24 points along with eight rebounds and four steals. The game was his 11th in a row with at least ten points. Dominic Corr was another key contributor, scoring 11 points.
More now has a winning record of 6-5. As for Mid-Peninsula, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-8.
More will head out on the road to face off against St. Monica Academy at 4:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Mid-Peninsula, they will stay at home for another game and welcome DCP Alum Rock at 5:30 p.m. on January 12th. DCP Alum Rock is hoping to put an end to a five-game streak of away losses.
