Coby King Dazzles in Greene County Victory
Starting off the list is Greene County's Coby King, who we judged to be the best player in the league this week. King threw for 314 yards and three touchdowns while picking up 13.1 yards per attempt, and also rushed for 31 yards and two touchdowns.

Another Greene County player making an appearance on this list is Lakeus Franks. He rushed for 105 yards and two touchdowns on only eight carries, and also picked up 78 receiving yards and a touchdown.

On Friday, Poplarville got the W thanks in part to Sydney Blackmon playing the best football he has all season. Blackmon rushed for 94 yards and two touchdowns on only eight carries, good enough to set a new career-high in rushing yards in the process.
The victory was the third in a row for Poplarville, bringing their record for this year to 7-1. Blackmon's next contest is against Bay on Friday, where he'll look to repeat that solid performance.
