Sydney Gonglik gave up the fewest earned runs she has since back in March on Tuesday. As a matter of fact, she turned in her biggest game of the season, striking out 15 batters over seven innings while giving up just one earned run off two hits. She has been nothing but reliable on the mound: she hasn't tossed less than five strikeouts in five consecutive appearances.

Gonglik's strong effort led Bentworth over South Allegheny and she'll get a chance to do so again: the teams have a rematch scheduled at 3:00 p.m. on Thursday.
