After a string of four wins, the Southern California Yeshiva Hawks's good fortune finally ran out on Monday. They fell 42-35 to Bayfront Charter. Southern California Yeshiva was given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Sharks apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in December of 2023.
Despite the loss, Southern California Yeshiva saw an underclassman step up: Adin Factor dropped a double-double on 17 points and 15 rebounds. Factor has been hot recently, having posted ten or more rebounds the last four times he's played.
Southern California Yeshiva's loss dropped their record down to 10-7. As for Bayfront Charter, their win bumped their record up to 12-6.
Southern California Yeshiva will head out on the road to challenge the Legionnaires at 6:15 p.m. on Thursday. As for Bayfront Charter, they will be playing at home against the Lions at 4:00 p.m. on Friday.
