Northwest had to travel to play their first game of the season, but the final result was worth the trip. They walked away with a 2-0 win over the Dike-New Hartford Wolverines on Saturday. The Wolves were shut out 2-0 the last time they took on the Wolverines, so the Wolves were just returning the favor.

Dike-New Hartford's defeat dropped their record down to 3-2.

Northwest didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 2-0 victory against Pleasant Valley on the 30th. As for Dike-New Hartford, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next game, a 2-0 win against Bettendorf on the 30th.
