Two teams were on the hunt for playoff glory, but only Weymouth walked away with it. They beat the Algonquin Regional Titans on Friday by the very same score they won with in their prior game: 14-1. Considering the Wildcats have won four matchups by more than five runs this season, Friday's blowout was nothing new.

The victory made it two in a row for Weymouth and bumps their season record up to 4-8. The wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 14.0 runs over those games. As for Algonquin Regional, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 10-9.

As of now, neither Weymouth nor the Titans have any future games scheduled.
