After low-scoring totals in their previous three contests, Mary G. Montgomery brought some dynamite into their most recent game. Everything went their way against the Citronelle Wildcats on Thursday as the Mary G. Montgomery Vikings made off with a 15-3 victory. The win was some much needed relief for the Vikings as it spelled an end to their three-game losing streak.
Emilee Perry made a big impact while hitting and pitching. She looked comfortable on the mound, not allowing a single earned run over five innings pitched. Perry was also solid in the batter's box, getting on base in all four of her plate appearances with one RBI.
