Winning is just a little bit easier when you work as a team to rack up ten more assists than your opponent, a fact the Fort Wayne Snider Panthers proved on Saturday. They blew past Peru 70-41 on the road. That 70-41 margin sets a new team best for Fort Wayne Snider this season.
Fort Wayne Snider found their leader in underclassman Trell Hogue, who scored 21 points along with six rebounds. Those six rebounds set a new season-high mark for him. The team also got some help courtesy of Qualyn Clopton, who scored 11 points along with seven rebounds.

Fort Wayne Snider now has a winning record of 7-6. As for Peru, they have traveled a rocky road recently, as they've lost three of their last four contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 7-5 record this season.
Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Fort Wayne Snider will square off against Homestead at 7:45 p.m. on Friday. As for Peru, they will head out on the road to face off against Maconaquah at 7:45 p.m. on Friday.
