The Technology Titans lost against the Point Arena Pirates on December 2nd, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. Technology had to suffer through a rough 83-54 loss at the hands of Point Arena.
Point Arena's win was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Fernando Lopez, who dropped a double-double on 26 points and 12 rebounds. That makes it 11 consecutive games in which Lopez has scored at least 25% of Point Arena's points. Trinidad Arroyo-Villagomez was another key contributor, scoring 19 points along with six rebounds and three steals.
Technology's defeat dropped their record down to 4-8. As for Point Arena, their win bumped their record up to 7-4.
Technology will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on St. Vincent de Paul at 7:30 p.m. on January 2, 2024. Point Arena will have some time to savor their victory since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Novato at 6:30 p.m. on January 3, 2024.
