There's no place like home for Minerva, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Saturday. They came out on top against the Edison Wildcats by a score of 2-0 on Saturday. The win continues a trend for the Lions in their matchups with the Wildcats: they've now won three in a row.

Minerva easily took the second set, but they let things get interesting in the other. The match finished with set scores of 25-20, 25-13.

Minerva's victory bumped their record up to 5-6. As for Edison, their loss was their tenth straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 1-9.
