Haleyville waltzed into their match on Monday with two straight wins... but they left with three. They walked away with a 49-39 victory over the Fayette County Tigers. This was a revenge game for the Lions: when they faced off against the Tigers last Monday, they had to take a 53-44 defeat.

Haleyville's win was their first in the region, bumping their region record up to 1-4 and their overall record up to 13-11. As for Fayette County, their loss dropped their record down to 13-13.

As of now, neither Haleyville nor Fayette County have any future games scheduled.
