Coalfield pushed their score all the way to 63 on Tuesday, but even that wasn't enough to win. They lost to Oakdale on the road by a decisive 81-63 margin.
Meanwhile, Oliver Springs' recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Friday after their third straight loss. They took a 46-42 hit to the loss column at the hands of Rockwood.
Coalfield's loss dropped their record down to 1-12. As for Oliver Springs, their loss dropped their record down to 12-11.
Things could have been worse for Coalfield, but things could have been a whole lot better as they took a 53-39 loss to the Bobcats in their previous matchup back in January. Can Coalfield avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
