King Campbell Crosses Big Stat Threshold
Cottonwood was led to victory by King Campbell, who turned in his biggest game of the season on Friday. Campbell rushed for 150 yards and three touchdowns on only ten carries, and also picked up 103 receiving yards and two touchdowns. The performance once again pushed his average rushing yardage north of 100 yards per game (104.4). He is on a roll when it comes to rushing touchdowns, as he's now punched in two or more in the last seven games he's played.

While Brendan Hall delivered a dominant effort on Friday, a win just wasn't in the cards for Geneva County. Hall was unstoppable, rushing for 221 yards and three touchdowns.
Geneva County dropped their record down to 4-4 with the defeat, which was their third straight at home. Hall and Geneva County will challenge Ariton at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
