Skyline was given a dose of their own medicine in this game as Decatur Heritage Christian Academy apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played two weeks ago.
Leading Decatur Heritage Christian Academy to victory were Genie Mcghee and Leslie Hames. Mcghee scored 13 points along with eight assists and eight rebounds, while Hames went 6 for 12 from beyond the arc en route to 30 points and 1 assists. The contest was Hames' third in a row with at least ten points. Another player making a difference was Katelyn Cooper, who scored five points along with 12 rebounds and three steals.
Skyline's loss dropped their record down to 9-2. As for Decatur Heritage Christian Academy, they pushed their record up to 12-2 with that win, which was their 19th straight at home dating back to last season.
