The loss doesn't tell the whole story though, as several players had good games. One of the most active was Thomas Calabrese, who scored 23 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Ken Hunter, who almost dropped a double-double on 14 points and nine rebounds.
Meanwhile, Pascack Hills had already won three in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 4.7 points), and they went ahead and made it four on Thursday. They came out on top against Westwood by a score of 50-40.
Cliffside Park has not been sharp recently as the team has lost three of their last four games, which put a noticeable dent in their 12-11 record this season. As for Pascack Hills, they pushed their record up to 12-7 with that victory, which was their fifth straight at home.
