The Montgomery Vikings lost against the Windsor Jaguars back in October of 2022, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. Montgomery was outmatched by Windsor on the road and fell 55-19. The loss unfortunately continues a disappointing trend for Montgomery in their matchups with Windsor: they've now lost five in a row.
Montgomery's lost despite a true team effort on the offense, the best among them being Kristopher Adams, who picked up 78 receiving yards and two touchdowns.
Montgomery's loss dropped their record down to 4-4. As for Windsor, the win (which was their sixth in a row) raised their record to 6-1-1.
Montgomery does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Windsor will be playing in front of their home fans against Analy at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Analy will have to bring their A-game into this one, as they are staring down a pretty big deficit in the MaxPreps California Rankings (they are ranked 399th, while Windsor is ranked 124th).
