The South River Rams entered their tilt with the East Brunswick Bears with two consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with three. South River blew past East Brunswick 64-42. This was a revenge matchup for South River, as the team was forced to settle for a 84-55 defeat when these two played last Tuesday.
It was another big night for Alex Grospe, who scored 40 points along with five assists and five steals. He has been hot recently, having posted 22 or more points the last nine times he's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Eddie Herrera, who scored 15 points along with six assists and six rebounds.
South River's victory bumped their record up to 14-12. As for East Brunswick, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 15-23.
South River does not have any more games scheduled as of now. East Brunswick also has no future games currently scheduled.
