There's no place like home for Canutillo, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Friday. They claimed a resounding 28-0 victory over the El Paso Tigers. The Eagles haven't had any issues with the Tigers recently, as the game was their fifth consecutive win against them.

Leading Canutillo to victory were Cesar Huerta and Jarid Gamiz. Huerta rushed for 133 yards and three touchdowns on only 12 carries, while Gamiz rushed for 204 yards and one TD while picking up 12.8 yards per carry. Gamiz's longest rush was for an impressive 69 yards, which helps to explain his lofty yards per carry total.
