The Concrete Lions lost against the Summit Classical Christian School Archers back in January, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Wednesday. Concrete was dealt a 71-35 defeat at the hands of Summit Classical Christian School. Concrete was in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 45-17.
Summit Classical Christian School's victory was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Jake Gledhill, who scored 24 points along with 3 blocks. Trey Hodo was another key contributor, scoring 17 points along with 7 steals and 6 assists.
Concrete's loss dropped their record down to 1-1. As for Summit Classical Christian School, the victory makes it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 2-0.
Concrete will head out on the road to face off against Crescent at 7:00 p.m. on Saturday. As for Summit Classical Christian School, they will be playing at home against Rainier Christian at 7:00 p.m. on Monday.
