Several Mustangs players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Lane Pethel, who dropped a double-double with 17 points and ten boards. Pethel has been hot, having posted eight or more rebounds the last eight times she's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Emma Montanari, who posted 17 points and three steals.

East Lincoln's loss dropped their record down to 21-7. As for Hibriten, their victory ended a five-game drought on the road and puts them at 14-12.
