While Cushing put up plenty of runs on Monday, the same can't be said for Wells. Everything went the Cushing Bearkats' way against the Wells Pirates as the Cushing Bearkats made off with a 12-0 win. The Bearkats might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won eight contests by six runs or more this season.

The victory was the third in a row for Cushing, bringing their record for this year to 9-5-1. Those victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 2.0 runs on average over those games. As for Wells, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 0-4-1.

Cushing wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next game, an 11-0 win against Neches on the 7th. Wells has also already played their next matchup (against New Summerfield), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
