Curtis was staring down a 2-1 deficit headed into the fourth set, but they rallied to take the next two for the win. The match finished with set scores of 25-20, 20-25, 23-25, 25-22, 15-4.

Elaina Duong had an outrageously good game as she had 28 digs and ten assists. That's the most assists she has posted since back in September. The team also got some help courtesy of Kennedy Kinley, who had 11 digs and one assist.
Meanwhile, Mount Si suffered their biggest defeat since October 9th on Thursday. They lost 3-0 to Lake Stevens. The Wildcats haven't had much luck with the Vikings recently, as the team has come up short the last five times they've met.
Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-11, 25-13, 25-10.
Mount Si's loss dropped their record down to 13-9. As for Curtis, their victory bumped their record up to 19-2.
Curtis came out on top in a nail-biter against Mount Si when the teams last played back in November of 2021, sneaking past 3-2. Will the Vikings repeat their success, or do the Wildcats have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
