That makes it 12 consecutive games in which Smith has scored at least 25% of Montgomery Catholic's points. Heaven Bailey was another key contributor, scoring 13 points along with six steals and five assists.
Montgomery Academy has not been sharp recently, as they've lost six of their last eight contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 4-8 record this season. As for Montgomery Catholic, their win ended a three-game drought on the road and puts them at 4-9.
