Shawn Blackburn Sets Career High in Rushing Yards
 Starting off the list is West Lincoln's  Shawn Blackburn, who we judged to be the best player in the league this week. On Friday  Blackburn made eight total tackles, good enough to  also set a new career-high in  rushing yards in the process. He also  rushed for 129  rushing yards, which is notable because West Lincoln is 3-1 when he posts  at  least  80  rushing yards, but 3-4 otherwise.
 On the season,  Blackburn  has averaged 6.6 total tackles per game. That doesn't tell the whole story though: at this point last year,  he was only averaging 1.64  rushing yards per game. This year he is averaging 40.36  rushing yards.

Jason Willis Jr's Big Game Leads Bunker Hill over Hendersonville
  Jason Willis Jr was instrumental in extending Bunker Hill's winning streak to four on Friday. Willis Jr was unstoppable, picking up 114 receiving yards and two touchdowns, while also rushing for 81 yards and a touchdown. He also put in work on the defensive side of the ball, forcing a fumble and making two total tackles.
 Bunker Hill pushed their record up to 9-2 with the  win, which was their 14th straight  at home dating back to last season. Willis Jr will try to repeat (or improve) on that dominant  performance when he faces off against Brevard on Friday.

Jayce Rowe Has Career-Day  on Friday
  Jayce Rowe posted a new career-high in  rushing yards  on Friday. He made a tackle and defended a pass. He also  rushed for 140  rushing yards, which is notable because West Lincoln is 4-2 when he posts  at  least  80  rushing yards, but 2-3 otherwise.

Underclassman  Jalaythan ?JJ? Mayfield Comes Up Big Against Maiden
 Underclassman  Jalaythan ?JJ? Mayfield came into Friday's   match looking to prove himself and that's exactly what he did. Nobody could stop  he on Friday as he picked up  two  sacks and made 15 total tackles.
 Maiden had to have seen this coming; the last time they saw  Mayfield it was a similar story. Back in October (the last time  Mayfield saw the Blue Devils), he picked up  a  sack and made ten total tackles (2.0 for loss).

Treylen Bost Goes Supernova in Lincolnton Defeat
 Another Lincolnton player making an appearance on this list is  Treylen Bost. He rushed for 184 yards and a touchdown. His rushing production has been exceptional  as that marked his seventh straight game with at least 105  rushing yards.
 This year,  Bost  has averaged 14.2 receiving yards per game. It gets even more impressive:  after 11 games last season,  he was only averaging 26.82  rushing yards per game. This year he is averaging 133.45  rushing yards.
