It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact the Angleton Wildcats can now relate to. They received a tough blow on Friday as they fell 21-3 to Cedar Park. Having soared to a lofty 40 points in the game before, Angleton couldn't push the score so high this time.

Angleton's loss dropped their record down to 7-5. As for Cedar Park, the victory (which was their sixth in a row) raised their record to 9-3.
Angleton does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Cedar Park will head out on the road to face off against A&M Consolidated at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. A&M Consolidated has been dominant on offense recently, as they've racked up an incredible 329 points over their last seven matchups.
