Mountain View's lost despite a true team effort on the offense, the best among them being Conner Fairbanks, who scored 22 points. The match was Fairbanks' fifth in a row with at least ten points. The team also got some help courtesy of Simeon Suguturaga, who scored 17 points along with 8 rebounds.
Owen Mackay had an outrageously good game for Snow Canyon as he dropped a double-double on 38 points and 13 rebounds. That makes it two consecutive games in which Mackay has scored at least 25% of Snow Canyon's points. Carter Campbell was another key contributor, scoring 10 points along with 5 rebounds.
Mountain View's defeat dropped their record down to 1-4. As for Snow Canyon, the win makes it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 2-0.
