Williams has gone a perfect 10-0 against Mogollon recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Tuesday. The Vikings will head out on the road to take on the Mustangs at 2:00 p.m. Expect the scorekeeper to be kept busy: if their previous games are any indication, these teams will really light up the scoreboard.
Williams' pitching crew heads into the contest hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed on Wednesday. Everything went their way against Northland Prep Academy as they made off with a 14-0 victory. Considering the Vikings have won six matchups by more than five runs this season, Wednesday's blowout was nothing new.

Audrina Baldwin made a splash no matter where she played. On the mound, she didn't allow a single earned run and allowed only one hit while striking out 12 over five innings pitched. Those 12 strikeouts gave her a new career-high. She was also stellar in the batter's box, going 3-for-4 with one home run, three runs, and four RBI.
In other batting news, Williams got a massive performance out of Faith Jensen, who went 3-for-4 with one home run, three runs, and two RBI. That home run marked the first that Jensen launched this season. Danika Howe was another key player, going 1-for-3 with one home run, three RBI, and two runs.
Williams kept the outfield on their toes and finished the game with 16 hits. That's the most hits they've managed all season.
Meanwhile, Mogollon entered their tilt with Ray on Friday with three consecutive wins, and they'll enter their next game with four. They were the clear victors by an 18-1 margin over the Bearcats. That looming 18-1 mark stands out as the most commanding margin for the Mustangs yet this season.
Mogollon's record now sits at 4-9. As for Williams, they moved to 7-9 with that win, which also ended their three-game losing streak.
Everything went Williams' way against Mogollon in their previous matchup back in March of 2024, as Williams made off with a 20-5 victory. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Vikings since the squad won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
