Denmark never let their opponents score on Tuesday. They were the clear victors by a 16-0 margin over the Waupaca Comets. The Vikings might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won eight games by eight runs or more this season.

Denmark is on a roll lately: they've won 11 of their last 12 contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 17-5 record this season. The wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 8.9 runs over those games. As for Waupaca, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 4-17.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Denmark will square off against rival Fox Valley Lutheran at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday. The two teams have allowed few runs on average (the Vikings 3.3, the Foxes 2.4) so any runs scored will be well earned. Meanwhile, Waupaca is set to challenge their familiar foe Luxemburg-Casco at 4:30 p.m. on Friday.
