The Buna Cougars stacked a 15th blowout win onto their ever-increasing hoard on Tuesday. They were the clear victor by a 49-29 margin over Hardin. The victory made it back-to-back wins for Buna.
Buna got their win on the backs of several key players, but it was Raylee Harding out in front who almost dropped a double-double on nine points and 15 rebounds. Another player making a difference was Kamryn Jurik, who scored 11 points along with seven rebounds and two steals.
Buna's win bumped their record up to 22-10. As for Hardin, they dropped their record down to 14-13 with that defeat, which was their fifth straight on the road.
Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Buna will face off against the Warriors at 4:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Hardin, they will head out on the road to face off against the Wildcats at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
