Columbia extended the longest winning streak in Patriot - Stripes this week by beating Archbold, 39-34. This was the team's 10th consecutive win.
Columbia moved up to 251 from 347 in the state rankings this week, the biggest jump in the league. Jason Ward's team climbed the ranks as a result of defeating the Blue Streaks 39-34.
The Raiders' offense was tough to stop this week, as it produced the league's top passer, rusher and receiver. Jay Banyasz threw for 168 and two touchdowns and Austin Walaszewski had 82 yards receiving. On the ground Banyasz chipped in 271 yards. Jesse Lambert helped Columbia's passing attack out by catching three balls for 43 yards.
Clearview's offense has been unstoppable this season and the Clippers feature the season leaders in passing, rushing and receiving yards. Roger Engle has thrown for 1564 yards and 15 touchdowns this season, while Gerrell Williams has 27 catches for 705 yards. Chad Anderson leads the league in rushing with 1544 yards.
Columbia and Archbold played the most hotly contested game in Patriot - Stripes this week, with Columbia eventually emerging with a 39-34 victory. Banyasz in the win.
