The Bay Tornadoes lost against the Arnold Marlins back in January, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The game between the pair wasn't particularly close, with Bay falling 50-36. They have not had much luck with Arnold recently, as the team's come up short the last four times they've met.
Despite the defeat, Bay had strong showings from Shania Heard, who scored 8 points along with 11 rebounds, and Taylor Carlson, who scored 9 points along with 7 rebounds.
Bay now has a losing record at 1-2. As for Arnold, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 3-0.
Bay will play host again and welcome Franklin County, where tip off is scheduled for 6:30 p.m. on Monday. As for Arnold, they will head out on the road to face off against Mosley at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
