Basketball Recap: Twin Cities Academy/Great River Takes a Loss

If Twin Cities Academy/Great River was feeling good fresh off their 52-14 takedown of Community of Peace Academy last Tuesday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. Twin Cities Academy/Great River had to suffer through a 57-22 loss at the hands of the Johnson/Washington Tech Governors. Sadly, that's the second time they've come up short against Twin Cities Academy/Great River this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 61-29 back in January.

Twin Cities Academy/Great River's defeat dropped their record down to 11-13. As for Johnson/Washington Tech, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won six of their last seven matches, which provided a nice bump to their 13-5 record this season.

Twin Cities Academy/Great River will venture away from home to challenge Hope Academy at 7:00 p.m. on February 6th. Johnson/Washington Tech has already played their next game, a 65-22 win against Edison on the 1st.
