Even though Brownwood has not done well against Stephenville recently (they were 1-8 in their previous nine matchups), they didn't let the past get in their way on Wednesday. Brownwood managed a 43-37 win over Stephenville.
Brownwood found their leader in underclassman Trinity Roberts, who scored 13 points along with five rebounds and three blocks. The team also got some help courtesy of Kate Tindol, who scored four points along with 11 rebounds and two steals.
Meanwhile, Glen Rose put the finishing touches on their 17th blowout victory of the season on Friday. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat Stephenville 74-29 on the road. Winning may never get old, but Glen Rose sure is getting used to it with their fourth in a row.
Brownwood's victory bumped their record up to 18-10. As for Glen Rose, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 18 of their last 19 contests, which provided a nice bump to their 25-3 record this season.
