Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Charles Page to victory, but perhaps none more so than Deke Thompson, who scored 23 points along with seven rebounds. The game was Thompson's sixth in a row with at least ten points. The team also got some help courtesy of Blake Johnson, who scored 16 points along with seven rebounds.
Crossover Prep has not been sharp recently, as they've lost six of their last eight contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 5-7-1 record this season. As for Charles Page, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 3-3.
Crossover Prep and Memorial will face off at 2:00 p.m. on December 16th without much rest after finishing up games yesterday. Memorial will be looking to keep their four-game home win streak alive. Charles Page won't have much time to rest: their next matchup is against KIPP Tulsa University Prep at 3:30 p.m. on December 16th. KIPP Tulsa University Prep is coming into the game on a five-game losing streak.
