Lincoln won the last time they faced Lanphier and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Railsplitters came out on top against the Lions by a score of 2-0. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Railsplitters.

Lincoln not only won, but also showed off some consistency: they kept Lanphier to exactly 16 points across their sets. The final score came out to 25-16, 25-16.

Lincoln's victory bumped their record up to 6-9. As for Lanphier, they dropped their record down to 4-12 with the defeat, which was their seventh straight at home dating back to last season.

Lincoln and Lanphier could both be facing uphill battles in their next games considering their disadvantage in the MaxPreps Illinois Rankings.
