Noah Rivera Turns in Season-Best Performance
Holland Patent came up short on Saturday despite Noah Rivera delivering his best game to date. Rivera rushed for 141 yards and a touchdown on only 13 carries. The performance marked the most rushing yards he has had since back in September of 2023. He didn't just play on offense: he also made six total tackles (1.0 for loss) and defended a pass.
Holland Patent's defeat dropped their record down to 3-2. Rivera and Holland Patent will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Adirondack at 7:00 p.m. on October 18th.

While John Hennessey delivered a dominant performance on Thursday, a win just wasn't in the cards for Adirondack. Lowville had no answer to Hennessey as he rushed for 125 yards and a touchdown.
Hennessey must have Lowville's number; he was a force to be reckoned with the last time he faced them too. Hennessey rushed for 183 yards and three touchdowns while picking up 8.7 yards per carry the last time he and the Red Raiders duked it out back in October of 2023.
