Defeat or not, Neligh-Oakdale got some senior leadership from Chase Furstenau and Colson Krebs. Furstenau scored 24 points along with seven rebounds, while Krebs. scored 13 points. That was a full 63.2% of Neligh-Oakdale's points, marking the 12th time in a row he's earned more than a third of the team's points.
Neligh-Oakdale struggled to get the ball back on offense and finished the game with only three offensive rebounds. They were crushed by their opponents in that department as West Holt pulled down 20 offensive rebounds.

Neligh-Oakdale dropped their record down to 1-13 with that loss, which was their 14th straight at home. As for West Holt, the victory was the fifth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 10-6.
